Behind the training
Mission
Little Green Aid exists for one reason: too many emergencies are lost in the minutes before help arrives. We're here to change that, by putting life-saving skills into ordinary hands.

About Little Green Aid
In so many emergencies, the difference between a tragedy and a recovery is whether someone nearby knew what to do. Little Green Aid is dedicated to bridging that gap.
We equip people with practical, life-saving skills for infants, children, and adults. That means CPR, choking management, and how to respond when an urgent medical situation unfolds.
Our focus is on preparedness and calm, confident action, whether you're a parent, grandparent, carer, or simply someone who wants to be ready if the worst happens in a supermarket, at the cinema, or on a walk with the dog.
Esther Green
Esther Green is a paediatric nurse, and a mum. Two things that taught her the same lesson: when something goes wrong, the people nearby are the ones who matter most.
She's stood at the bedside of too many emergencies that started somewhere ordinary, a kitchen, a classroom, a car park, and she knows how often the outcome turns on whether someone there knew what to do. That's why she founded Little Green Aid. To take life-saving skills out of the hospital and into the hands of the people most likely to be there first: a parent, a grandparent, a teacher, a friend.
Her courses are hands-on, calm, and built for real life, not textbook scenarios. She teaches without assuming you already know, because most people don't, and that's exactly the point.

Why this matters to me
I'm a mum of two. I remember the first time I brought a baby home, that mix of love and quiet panic, wondering what I'd do if something went wrong.
As a nurse I had the training to fall back on. Most parents don't, and they shouldn't have to feel that helpless.
Little Green Aid is my way of giving every parent, grandparent and childminder that same calm and confidence.
