This course gives your business the skills to respond fast and effectively when an emergency happens at work. It's practical, hands-on, and built around real situations a workplace can face, so your people can act with confidence rather than panic. Ideal for businesses with multiple employees, the training also supports compliance with workplace safety standards and helps build a genuine culture of safety. Every participant receives a certificate of attendance. We recommend refreshing the training every 12 months to keep skills and confidence sharp.

• Recognition of cardiac arrest

• Management of cardiac arrest

• Safe use of an AED

• Anaphylaxis recognition and management

• Choking recognition and management in infants, children, and adults

• Falls, including C-spine management

• If children come into the workplace (e.g. café, garden centre), all of the above is also covered for the child
